The Layar Designer Villas and Spa is a unique complex villas in Bali with an outstanding architecture and atmosphere. It is consist of twenty-three villas, the general reception and an Italian restaurant on a quiet street in the heart of the popular tourist area Seminyak. There are numerous cafes, fashion boutiques and antique souvenir shops just a few steps away. A golf car will take guests to the sandy beach or to the centre by request.
Unique design with marble decoration
The Layar complex offers tropical garden pool villas withs the number of bedrooms from one to four. Couples who prefer privacy, or large families and groups of friends will experience the very private sanctuary. An amazing architecture of the roof which is resembling sails are going down almost to the ground and creating an open two-level space with a curved, sloping walls. All the finishings are made using natural materials including the tropical hardwood, marble and stone, mined in the Indonesian archipelago.
Amazing swimming pool terrace
Four of one bedroom villas will be a perfect accommodation for couples who want to enjoy the privacy and solitude. An open living room, a dining room and a kitchen are connected with the swimming pool terrace. The terrace provides comfortable sun beds however there is no jacuzzi only for this villa category. The light staircase leading from the lounge to the cozy mezzanine upstairs, where the media area is. A large bedroom and a bathroom with an open air shower are elegantly decorated and equipped with comfortable, stylish furniture.
Bedroom with access to the pool
Each of the seven two bedroom villas spread over an area of six hundred square meters. The wooden sun deck with hot tub, sun loungers and wicker furniture comes around the large, curved pool. An open living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen located in between the bedrooms. A media room occupies mezzanine on the second level. One of the bedrooms opens onto the pool terrace and the other to a beautiful tropical garden. Both rooms are equipped with double beds, private bathrooms with bathtub and open air shower.
Ideal for big companies
Eleven villas have three bedrooms and are ideal for large families or groups of friends. The huge living room, a dining room and a kitchen are occupying the central position in the villa and zoned with the differences in the levels of the floor. The living room smoothly goes into the open terrace with a jacuzzi and sun loungers. Two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living room and the third bedroom comfortably settled under the roof on the second floor. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, large double beds and carefully selected furniture.
Guest pavilion with room for SPA
Four bedroom villa consists of a large main building with three bedrooms and a separate guest house with a spa room located on the opposite side of the pool. The spacious area is surrounded by a tropical garden with blooming trees and flowers. An impressive pool framed with the terrace with a Jacuzzi and equipped with sun loungers and wicker furniture for breakfast. An open living room, a dining room and a kitchen, as well as in all villas in The Layar complex, occupies a central position and separates the bedrooms from each other.
Cozy guest bedrooms
The media room is located on the mezzanine floor and its the only one which is covered with glass walls. The master bedroom is located on two levels with a large double bed upstairs and a bathroom on the first floor. Two guest bedrooms both are with private bathrooms, one bedroom provides double bed and another two single beds. The fourth bedroom with bathroom is in a separate guest house with a garden view.
