Booking Terms
- Choose the property you like from our unique catalogue of villas for rent in Bali. All villas presented by I Love Villa are inspected by the company’s staff before they are posted on the website. We personally check the condition of the villa, the availability of the necessary equipment, its good working order, the roads at the entrance to the villa and other important nuances for guests’ comfortable stay. We can provide a video review of the villa so that you can make sure in advance that the villa meets all your requirements and expectations.
- Send a request through the feedback form. If you don’t find it easy to make a decision on your own, we will help you choose a good villa based on your preferences – just leave a request to search for a villa for you on our website.
- Specify your flight details – flight number and arrival time – if you have already bought tickets to Bali.
- Make a pre-payment to confirm your villa reservation.
Rental Terms and Conditions
After paying the deposit, you will receive a pre-payment confirmation and details of the meeting at the airport upon your arrival and the company’s representatives’ contact names.
The minimum rental period for a house in Bali depends on the season.
Check-in time at the villa is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00. If you plan to leave later than 12:00 due to your flight arrangements and you need to extend your stay at the villa, please let us know in advance. Late check-out before 18:00 is subject to additional payment and it amounts to 50% of one night’s cost. If you check-out later than 18:00, 100% of one night’s cost has to be paid.
Payment Terms
To confirm the booking of the villa, a pre-payment of 30-50% of the total rental cost is required. The rental agreement will be signed during the course of the transaction.
All prices already include government taxes and duties. All payments are made through the company’s bank account. If you rent a villa, an apartment or a house in Bali for a period of more than 14 days, you will be entitled to additional discounts.
Additional Services
At your request, we can arrange:
- delivery of groceries to the villa (prior to arrival, you can make a list of necessary products that will have been delivered by your arrival at the villa)
- a chef to cook for you at the villa
- a babysitter for your little ones
- local excursions and tours
- a car with a driver, etc.
