Puri Nirwana is a luxurious six-bedroom ocean front villa located between Sanur and Candidasa, away fr om the crowded tourist spots. Next to the villa there is traditional Balinese village of Cucukan, wh ere the guests can observe local life, traditions and rituals that have not changed for centuries. The coast with mysterious black sand is suitable for swimming and surfing in one of the best Bali surf spots Keramas. The road to the cultural capital of the island - Ubud takes only twenty minutes by car.

Panoramic pool and terrace on the territory of the villa


The white two-story mansion is built in colonial style, amidst magnificent landscaped gardens with shady ponds, fountains and bizarre sculptures. The wide lawn with ocean view in front of the house features  panoramic swimming pool, wooden terrace with sun loungers and canvas umbrellas, and two gazebos for relaxing and dining outside. The unique feature of the villa in Bali is the personal spa pavilion, located in an antique Javanese joglo with intricate, wooden carvings.

Three living rooms on the first and second floors


There are three large living rooms on the first and second floors with cozy sofas indoors and outdoors, spacious dining room with dining table for sixteen people, media room with billiard table and playground for children. The fully equipped kitchen is appointed with all necessary professional cooking utensils to prepare refined dishes both by the chef and the guests independently at their request. The communication between the floors is carried out by a high-speed elevator, which is very convenient for the elderly and people with disabilities.

Bedrooms on the first and second floors


The extravagant master suite is located in the frontal part of the building and offering the beautiful view of the pool, beach and outline of Nusa Penida island. The room is equipped with "royal" bed under veil canopy, huge bathroom with tropical shower and massage bed, as well as private terrace with woven rattan furniture. The suite with ocean view is on the second floor with private balcony, large double bed, sofa, desk and bathroom with rain shower. Four beautifully appointed guest bedrooms on the first and second floors open into landscaped tropical garden with trees and blooming flower beds. Each of these rooms has double bed with veil curtains, private bathroom and elegant wicker furniture.
