Luxurious territory

A magnificent residence built in a 5000 square meter tropical garden combines traditional Alang-Alang roofed buildings with modern living spaces, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere where every guest will find entertainment. Games room, tennis court, 18-meter pool, massage gazebo and a charming thatched house overlooking the ocean to admire the colorful sunset.

Outdoor rain shower

This Bali villa consists of five pavilions in traditional Balinese style with high roofs in different corners of the garden. The first pavilion with two floors in the heart of the garden includes two guest bedrooms on the first floor. Each room has two single beds that can be combined into double, bathrooms with rain showers in the open-air garden. The second floor is equipped with a games room with soft sofas, TV and a billiard table.

The path then leads towards the coast and runs between two pavilions, which are equipped with double bedrooms with canopies, teak floors and thatched ceilings. Semi-open bathrooms have terrazzo bathtubs and open-air showers, while patios at the entrance to the bedrooms invite you to enjoy an al fresco evening cocktail.

Ocean View Bedrooms

On the right side of the garden is the largest sleeping pavilion with ocean views, which includes a spacious bedroom with a luxurious super-king four-poster bed, teak cabinets and a bathroom with a thatched stone bathtub and rainforest shower in the garden. The bedroom is adjoined by a study with a desk and a guest bathroom, which makes it possible to convert it into an additional bedroom for children.

Guest Pavilion

The centerpiece of the entire villa in Bali is the guest pavilion with open living and dining areas that offer unforgettable views of the pool and ocean beyond. Surrounded by beautiful lily ponds, it creates the perfect atmosphere to socialize and enjoy life on a tropical island. There are wicker sofas and a 3-meter solid wood table for 10 in the dining room. Just behind the dining area is the kitchen pavilion, fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you might need.

The large pool area with sun loungers invites you to enjoy the tropical sun or take shelter under the shade of a gazebo with sofas. There is a guest bathroom and outdoor shower nearby, and closer to the beach in the open two-story pavilion there is a 10-seater table wh ere you can have a meal with an ocean view or a romantic candlelit dinner while admiring the sunset.
