Villa Mandara in Emilia Romagna

Villa Mandara is a beautiful modern four-story building with a mezzanine located in Riccione in the Emilia Romagna region on the Adriatic coast. The city of Riccione is known as one of the best vacation spots in Italy, it is a seaport, has a large selection of fashion boutiques, as well as entertainment centres for children. The convenient location of the city allows guests to make day trips to the countryside of Italy or travel along the coast.

The villa in Italy is surrounded by a lush garden with centuries-old olive trees, a manicured lawn with an oleander and a hedge of laurel. In the center of the garden in front of the villa, there is a spacious area with a pool and sun loungers, as well as a barbecue and a round breakfast table by the pool.

The first floor is occupied by a luxurious snow-white living room, where a bar counter and an L-shaped sofa are installed in the center. The whole space is illuminated by sliding windows which has direct pool deck access as well. On the same floor there are three guest bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms. All rooms are decorated in light pastel colours.

On the second floor there is another living room, divided into a sitting area and a dining room with a dining table for 8 people, as well as a modern equipped kitchen next door. From all the premises of the first floor there is access to a panoramic terrace under the portico, where it is nice to have dinner or take rest in the shade with a book.

The third floor is occupied by a small room with a sofa bed and the main bedroom with a double bed, a large dressing room and a bathroom with a bath and shower. The mezzanine has an office space with a work desk and beautiful views of the garden and surroundings.

To create more space villa Mandara can be rented together with the neighbouring four bedroom villa Surya.
