The modern structure of the villa consists of four floors, where on the ground floor under a high ceiling there is a living room and a dining room with modern furniture in soothing natural tones, as well as an ultramodern kitchen that will satisfy all the needs of cooking enthusiasts. From the living room and kitchen there is direct access to the panoramic terrace with a dining table and chairs for dining outdoors or relaxing in a beautiful gazebo with a sofa.

Two bedrooms on the second floor

A marble staircase leads to the second floor, which consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a second bedroom with a double bed, which can be divided into single beds, if necessary. The balcony in the master bedroom offers panoramic views of the villa and the surrounding green garden.

Through the internal stairs in the residential area of the first floor, you can go to the second floor of the villa. There are a second living room with large glass walls, a guest toilet and three double bedrooms, finished with quality materials, all bedrooms have their own bathrooms and dressing rooms.
