The building of the six bedroom villa is designed in the L-shape with an unusual shape roof, forming a portico around the house, under which it is pleasant to hide in the shade while reading a book or having a glass of wine. Ten meters from the house there is a spacious rectangular-shaped area trimmed with natural stone and equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture, umbrellas and a large swimming pool with Roman steps leading into the water.

One wing of the villa meets a spacious living room with a high ceiling, snow-white walls and wooden floors, which is visually divided into several zones: a living room with a TV and sofas by the fireplace, a seating area with soft armchairs and a dining area with a table. All space is lit through tall glass doors leading to the garden. The next room is equipped with a modern kitchen with a breakfast table, where there is a second fireplace and access to the terrace with an outdoor dining table.

Bedrooms are located on the ground and attic floors

In the sleeping area of the first floor there are three double bedrooms, wardrobes, one of them with a private bathroom with a bathtub. Two children's bedrooms with single beds and two separate bathrooms with shower. A marble staircase leads to the attic to the double bedroom and a private bathroom with shower.

The same stairs lead down to the basement floor, where there is an air-conditioned tavern with its own kitchen, living room furniture and a pool table.
