Villa Manco is a charming six-bedroom villa located in the beautiful Santa Maria di Leuca area of the Salento Peninsula, better known as the Italian Heel. The villa in Italy is buried in a lush picturesque garden with palm trees and plants characteristic of the climate of Puglia, embraced by two seas.

Swimming pool and veranda on the territory of the villa

In the center of the well-kept garden there is a relaxation and sunbathing areas with a swimming pool. On the terrace with stone columns and sea views you can arrange beautiful family photos on the sunset. Near the pool there is a wooden porch, on which you can hide from the bright southern sun of Italy, sitting on wicker furniture.

Spacious kitchen with dining area and living room on the ground floor

The villa is a one-story building with Gothic arched windows and trullo - a conical construction typical of this region of Italy. Upon entering the villa, guests find themselves in the spacious dining room along with kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances and a dining table for 12 people. Further, behind the dining room there is a large living room with exits on different sides of the house. This room is equipped with a snow-white leather sofa by the fireplace and a TV. At the back of this area is an indoor pool with high panoramic windows overlooking the garden.

Four bedrooms on the ground floor

In the other wing of the villa there is a sleeping area, which includes four rooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, private exits to the garden, as well as bathrooms with a shower in one and a bathtub in the other. The third and fourth bedrooms are suitable for children, as one bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has a bunk bed. The rooms also have a shared bathroom with a shower.

The annex to the main building has two bedrooms

In the annex to the main building there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double canopy bed, and the second with a single bed. Shared bathroom with shower is equipped in trullo. Between the main building and the annex there is a laundry room with a separate entrance.

Guests of the villa can stroll through the center of the town with beautiful 19th-century architecture or along the promenade with its restaurants and shops, go to the natural sea caves to immerse yourself and admire the seabed.
