The apartments Dimora Antico Monastero is located in the southeastern part of Lake Garda, a few hundred meters from the town of Soyano del Lago. The buildings of the ancient monastery were restored and divided into several apartments, and the territory turned into a cozy residential area with a park of 3,500 square meters, covered with lawn and typical herbs of Lake Garda, cypresses and hedges of oleander and laurel. The guests will enjoy scenic lake views, relaxation and barbecue areas, and a shared pool with sun loungers.

The four-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-story villa in Italy and has its own garden with an outdoor dining area and views of the surrounding landscape.

The layout includes a large bright living room in a minimalist style with an L-shaped sofa, fireplace and TV. Nearby is the kitchen-dining room equipped with modern appliances, a large kitchen island and an oval dining table. From the kitchen there is access to a wooden terrace under a canvas, where you can organise outdoor breakfast or sit with a book on comfortable sofas.

The sleeping area includes four rooms decorated in white-gray or coffee and chocolate tones. The two bedrooms have double beds and private bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds, which can be combined if necessary. The third bathroom is shared by two bedrooms. In addition, it is possible to place two extra beds in the office room.

Beach, sailing center and golf club three kilometers from the villa

Convenient location lies in the proximity of local bars, restaurants and shops. About three kilometrеs from the apartment there is a free of charge beach, sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing centres, and two kilometres away is one of the best golf clubs in Italy "Garda Golf Country Club".

The area has many natural hiking trails, tastings of cuisine and wines from the Lugano and Chiaretto region. When renting a car, guests can visit the neighbouring cities of Brescia, Verona, Mantova or Milan, as well as visit the ruins of prehistoric settlements in Rocca di Manerba.
