Baan Hinta is an amazing five bedroom villa in Koh Samui that will impress anyone with its architecture and location. The villa seems to be embedded in a tropical landscape among the huge boulders on the beach, which are taking part of the design and give it a special atmosphere. An ideal place to relax on Lamai Beach for large families and groups of friends who love a luxury holiday in Thailand. 

Common areas 

The villa consists of two pavilions that are built on several levels and gently slope down to the beach. The third floor of the main building features a living room with plush sofas, where coziness and warmth are created with wooden floors, bright natural light through glass walls and with carefully collected pieces of art. The dining area together with the kitchen are located on an elevation and are equipped with all modern appliances, a dining table for 10 people and a breakfast bar counter. From everywhere at the villa a private beach and the blue of the Gulf of Thailand can be seen. Glass doors from the living room lead out onto a spacious sun-lounger terrace and an infinity pool with magnificent views of the sea and the tops of the coconut trees that grow throughout the villa in Thailand. 

Bedrooms 

On the same level, there is one of the guest bedrooms with an unusual layout, which provides a double bed and a bathroom with shower in the same room, which is a feature of all bedrooms in the villa. Other three guest bedrooms occupy the second two-story pavilion, rooms are with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Just imagine yourself taking a relaxing bath or waking up in the morning on a comfortable double bed with awesome sunrise and the turquoise surface of the bay views. The rooms on the second floor have a balcony, the ground level bedroom has direct beach access. 

Master bedroom 

The master bedroom has the closest location to the beach and is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. The stone bathroom is separated from the seating area by a large boulder and also has a rain shower. Exit through sliding doors leads to a green lawn with hammocks and the beach. Villa 

Baan Hinta can be rented together with neighboring Baan Hinyai.
