- Fill out our REQUEST FORM and you will receive a number of available options by e-mail within 24 hours. Do not forget to mention your wishes and preferences as it will seriously help in selecting the villas. Based on your comments we will know for sure what kind of villa is better if you are coming with your small ones or from which villa has the best sea view; what beaches are suitable for swimming or surfing.
- Please let us know if you need TICKETS or TRANSFER from the airport to the villa. In case you have bought tickets to Thailand already inform your flight details: the flight number and the arrival time.
- For the BOOKING CONFIRMATION it is necessary to make prepayment in the amount of 30-50% of the total rental cost.A Rental Agreement will be provided in the process of the transaction.
- If you are renting a bungalow, a villa or an apartment for a longer period you will enjoy additional long terms DISCOUNTS.
- Please pay attention to the MINIMUM STAY PERIOD that may be changed depending on the season.
- CHECK IN TIME is 14.00 normally. CHECK OUT TIME is 12:00. If in case of a late flight you need to extend your stay in the villa please inform us in advance. Late check out till 18.00 is being charged additionally in the amount of 50% of a daily rate. Late check out after 18.00 equals to 100% of the one night cost.
