On the lower level of the villa there is a tropical garden that leads to the exit to a private sandy beach, where you can go kayaking, jet skiing or conquer the waves on a surfboard.

The spacious and stylish living room with a high ceiling has panoramic windows from floor to ceiling overlooking the coastline and the sea. The highlight of the design is the masterly combination of the natural landscape with the layout of the villa, which is read in the design of the living room with decorative and natural stones.
