On the lower level of the villa there is a tropical garden that leads to the exit to a private sandy beach, where you can go kayaking, jet skiing or conquer the waves on a surfboard.

The spacious and stylish living room with a high ceiling has panoramic windows from floor to ceiling overlooking the coastline and the sea.
