A luxury villa complex is located on the shores of the Gulf of Thailand surrounded by a tropical nature, 15 minutes from the international airport of Koh Samui. Villa Hin is a part of a modern residential complex with a tennis court, a green venue for events and access to a small beach. 

Each level of villa in Koh Samui has been designed to be open to natural light and sea breezes. Thanks to the architectural game with the landscape, exposed rocks stretching to the tropical sun and tall trees, the villa turned out to have its own unique layout.

Swimming pool on the territory of the villa


On the central floor of the villa, surrounded by well-groomed plants and a wooden terrace, there is an outdoor pool 1.6 meters deep. On one side of the infinity pool is a spacious open-plan living room with a huge sofa and table, equipped with an iPod station and JBL audio system. On the other side of the pool, an elegant dining room with a dining group for 8 people is equipped with a modern kitchen and a bar. Between them is an air-conditioned home theatre with a large screen for the projector.

The huge roof terrace of the villa with a barbecue area and magnificent panoramic views of the sea offers for solemn parties.
