The central part of the building is occupied by a spacious, stylish living room with panoramic windows, which smoothly transitions into a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The villa has a separate media room with a home theater for watching movies and a large pool table. The windows from the living room overlook the infinity pool with a stunning frontal view of the sea and the neighboring island. Near the pool there is an outdoor living room in the form of a terrace with upholstered furniture and a dining table, as well as table tennis for friendly tournaments. On the first level of the villa there is an open gazebo under a large tiled roof, where you can hold intimate events, meditation or relax in the fresh air in the shade.
