Baan Kularb is a modern, cozy four-room villa on the coast of Koh Samui. Just 30 minutes' drive away is the island's international airport, which adds to the villa's advantageous location.

The villa is located on the territory of the closed and guarded Dhevatara Residence complex, which consists of 8 private villas.

Several pavilions of the villa are united by a panoramic pool, which is located near the sandy beach. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy a beach holiday without leaving their villa or to bask on the cozy sun loungers around the pool overlooking the shimmering sea. The poolside gazebo invites you to admire the fabulous landscape during breakfast or an evening cocktail. 

Elegant living room overlooking the garden and pool

The semi-open living area combines a dining area for 8 people and a sitting area with a large soft sofa and a wide-screen TV. The elegant design of the living room with tropical decor creates a relaxing, festive atmosphere. The panoramic windows of the living room fill it with natural light and with a slight movement of the hand you can move them apart, connecting the living room with the terrace. The adjacent pavilion with a modern, equipped kitchen and a bar counter is connected to the living room by a charming artificial pond with a path.

Four bedrooms of the villa, two of which with a mesmerizing sea view, have a relaxing interior with high-class amenities: double or single beds, wardrobes, TV and their own bathrooms with showers. The main master room has a free-standing bath overlooking the tropical garden.
