Malouna is a modern villa in Koh Samui that can be called a model of first-class vacation. Located on the very edge of its own private beach in Bang Po and surrounded by coconut trees and other tropical greenery that slopes down the hill. 

The Villa 

The ultra-modern villa in Thailand offers six bedrooms for twelve adults and one bedroom combined with a playroom for six children. All premises of the villa are located in several pavilions with high sliding panoramic doors in a minimalist style using furniture and interior items from high quality natural materials. 

Living room 

The Pool Pavilion features a luxurious living room with teakwood library, comfy sofa, multimedia system and Apple TV, where you can enjoy modern amenities on the coast of a tropical island. Next to the living room there is a modern kitchen with an island for preparing light meals and all the necessary appliances. The dining area has a solid wooden table for 12 with sea, pool and beach views. 

Guest rooms 

The adjoining pavilion with sea views and direct pool access has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. Rooms have wardrobes and bathrooms with rain showers. The garden pavilion also has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each room has a bathroom with shower or bath. 
Two more bedrooms with sea views, double and single beds and private bathrooms are located on the second floor of the next pavilion. The first floor is fully equipped for a children's play area, which is equipped with bunk beds, children's furniture with toys and a chalk wall for painting. 

Swimming pool 

The twenty-seven meter pool separates the villa from the beach, is surrounded by a stone platform and has a shallow swimming area for children, which will be pleasant to watch from the pergola installed in the pool. The ideal lawn is suitable for yoga, and the long beach for jogging or evening walks.
