Consent to the processing of personal data
Hereby in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data of July 27, 2006, of my own free will and in my own interest, I express my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by Bali Almanakh LLC (OGRN 1137746833091, INN 7751889965) registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation at the following address:
Office 23 10 Novovatutinsky Prospect Moscow 108836 (hereinafter referred to as Operator). Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual. I have given this Consent to the processing of the following personal data:
- Name
- Telephone Number
The consent is given to the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data by means of automation facilities and/or without such facilities: gathering, systematizing, accumulating, storing, updating (renewing and altering), using, depersonalizing, transmitting to third parties for the purposes specified below, as well as implementation of any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation by both non-automated and automated methods.
This consent is given to the Operator and is not transferred to a third party (parties) for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing me with services;
- Notifying me regarding the provided services;
- Responding to my enquiries;
- Sending me information, including advertising, about events/goods/services of the Operator.
This consent is effective until it is withdrawn by sending a notice to the email hello@ilovevilla.com. If I revoke my consent to the processing of my personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing my personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data of July 27, 2006.
