Renting a Baan Ratree villa will delight those looking for a secluded place to relax with stunning views of the azure sea and the coast of Koh Samui. The villa is located in the gated and guarded Dhevatara Residence complex on the picturesque hillside of Bo Phut in the northern part of the island. The complex consists of eight villas and has direct access to a private beach where you can enjoy sea kayaking or fantastic seascapes overlooking the neighboring island of Koh Phangan.

The three-story villa has an exquisite, bright interior design, which creates a festive atmosphere and sets the mood for a quality holiday. The centerpiece of the villa is the stylish living room with panoramic sliding windows that offer inspiring views of the pool and sea. The living room flows smoothly into an outdoor terrace with a large 12-meter swimming pool, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the coast and sea. In the adjacent pavilion there is a dining room for 8 people and a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances. 

Comfortable and stylish rooms

The villa has 4 comfortable and stylish rooms with double beds and spacious bathrooms. One of the rooms is the main one and has its own small balcony where you can enjoy the island's sunsets in a private setting. Each room of the villa has everything you need for a quality rest at the end of the day: comfortable beds, dressing rooms, TVs and frontal sea views. 
The villa is maintained by an experienced team of staff who will be happy to introduce you to the hospitality of the Kingdom of Thailand, thanks to their high and attentive service.
