Baan Hansa is a luxury villa located near the picturesque beach in the Talin Ngam area, on the exotic island of Koh Samui. The incredible seascape with five islands is the hallmark of this place. The villa is located near the 5-star Inter Continental hotel and its guests have access to the hotel's services. The nearest restaurants and cafes are along the beach, serving a variety of international and Thai cuisine.

The villa seems to be surrounded by tropical gardens with fragrant trees, which creates an atmosphere of privacy. The bright dynamic design with the original architecture of the three-story villa creates a feeling of celebration and comfort. Renting a villa will give you an incredible experience of peace and privacy in luxury apartments. The center of the villa is a bright, spacious living room under a high vaulted roof with a glass skylight. The furniture in the living room is made of rattan and creates a warm homely environment. Nearby there is a dining room for 12 people and a fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need to easily prepare home-cooked meals. The living room's folding doors open onto a terrace with an additional dining table and soft furnishings, offering incredible, fabulous sea views that transform during sunset.
