Villa Akatsuki in Lipa Noi

The first thing you see entering Villa Akatsuki is the stunning cascading pool that slopes down to the white sandy Lipanoi Beach on the western coast of the Koh Samui paradise island.

The layout

On either sides of the pool are the pavilions of the five bedroom villa, built using Japanese and Thai styles with thatched roofs and sliding doors, wood floors and moderate décor. The villa is surrounded by a lush tropical garden with tall coconut trees. The coast is caressed by the warm waters of the Gulf of Thailand with its bright colours and picturesque sunsets.

Common spaces

To the right of the pool, there are four air-conditioned pavilions with common areas for socialising. Closer to the beach there is a dining room with an equipped kitchen and a bar, where you can always refresh yourself with a cocktail, and arrange a dinner on the terrace next to it overlooking the sea. Further, there is a gym for those who prefer to keep themselves in shape even while holidays, and a pavilion with a living room with cozy sofas.

Family bedrooms

To the left of the pool are two luxurious family pavilions. Each center has walk-in closets and bathrooms with stone bathtubs and rain showers, while each side has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with single beds, allowing parents to be closer to their children.

Entertainment area

In the central two-story building of the villa in Thailand, guests can hide in the shade of a large hall with a tennis table and board games, or spend time in a home theatre. There is also a great spa area, where you will enjoy relaxing in the jacuzzi and ordering a massage before sleeping in the guest bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower.

Guest bedrooms

Upstairs there are two guest bedrooms with double beds, balconies with garden views and private bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms has an attic floor with two double beds, which will be convenient for a family with children. It should be noted that the pool is divided into three parts and one of them is intended for children. There is also a beach equipped with sun loungers and parasols, a beach volleyball court and kayaks.
