Naam Sawan is a four-bedroom villa in Phuket, located on the greenest and intact Cape Yam Peninsula. It is offering a stunning panoramic view of Phang Nga Bay in the Andaman Sea and surrounded by emerald hills, covered with a lush tropical landscape.

Undoubtedly luxurious in every detail of the modern interior design, the villa combines the architectural traditions of Thailand, an extensive garden with flowering trees and a private beach to create an atmosphere of perfect holiday by the sea with the family or friends.

Living room and terrace on the top floor


Upon entering the villa, guests arrive at its upper floor, where they are greeted by a spacious living room with a high vaulted ceiling, a dining table and an access to a splendid terrace with sofas on the edge of a refreshing pond, where you can spend time by having a pleasant conversation over a tropical cocktail while enjoying impeccable turquoise sea view. To the left of the living room, there is a kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a bar counter. Sliding windows provide an opportunity to enjoy a sea view during the breakfast. On the other side of the living room, there is first snow-white bedroom with a comfortable bed, a large dressing room and a bathroom with a shower.

Three bedrooms on the second level


Downstairs, on the second level of the villa in Thailand, guests are offered a media room, equipped with home cinema, stereo system and table tennis, plus three comfortable bedrooms with access to an infinity pool overlooking a garden and a sea coast. Two bedrooms on the sides are the same size and appointed with double beds, wardrobes and bathrooms. The bedroom in the center is designed for children and fitted up with two single beds and a shower room. All bedrooms face the 30-meter swimming pool, on one side of which there is a bar and a pavilion for al fresco dining. From the pool, guests can walk down the lawn and stroll along the beach.
