The modern Villa Grand Villa Noi is located on the shores of the Andaman Sea among tall palm trees and casuarines. Organic design of the villa in Thailand, spacious living spaces and direct access to the 10-km sandy beach of Natai create the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

The villa in Phuket was designed by the famous Thai architect who captured in this project the beauty of the beach nature, the restrained simplicity of the villa and the lifestyle of southern Thailand. The wood in the interior, Italian furniture and magnificent views of the sea create coziness at Grand Villa Noi.

Wooden terrace and swimming pool on the territory of the villa


A spacious wooden terrace surrounds the 28-meter pool overlooking the endless sea. The infinity pool, open plan lounge and bedrooms facing west, allowing you to enjoy the vibrant colours of tropical sunsets.

Kitchen and dining room on the ground floor


A candlelit dinner on the beach, a cocktail party or a seafood barbecue can be arranged with the help of the villa staff and equipped kitchen. The kitchen and dining area are located on the ground floor of a two-story villa. On the second floor are the master and guest bedrooms. Three more bedrooms and a living room with a media area, a pool table and an equipped bar are located in four one-story pavilions.


Five bedrooms with sea views


Grand Villa Noi has five spacious and luxuriously decorated bedrooms with sea views from panoramic sliding windows. Double beds with cotton sheets are located in each of the bedrooms, which are also equipped with a minibar, TV and iPod station. Each bathroom has an exclusive collection of toiletries.
