Villa La Meridiana is located in the famous Italian resort of Marina di Pietrasanta, in the private park of Pineta Varenna, just 200 meters from the beach with infrastructure: bars, beach clubs, and a five kilometre promenade for walks.

Elegant three-story building is surrounded by its own lush garden with Mediterranean plants, perennial trees and a hedge. This villa in Italy offers five bedrooms which will be convenient both for a group of friends or for families with kids. The villa is made in calm pastel colours using natural wood and terracotta and furniture in a marine style, which together creates a cozy homely atmosphere.

The main entrance leads into a bright living room which is divided into a dining area with an equipped kitchen and a relaxation area with soft sofas and access to a terrace under the portico, where you can enjoy the sounds of the garden in the shade or have breakfast in the fresh air. There is a single bedroom next to the entrance and a bathroom with a shower.

Bedrooms on the second and attic floor

Following the stone stairs to the second floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower or bathtub, a balcony with a park view. The attic floor is occupied by the fifth bedroom with a french size bed and a bathroom with a shower.

On the large lawn in front of the villa there is a twelve-meter pool, which offers sunbathing from May to October. There is a brick barbecue and an outdoor dining table in the park on the other side of the villa as well.
