Villa Casa Ruè is located in a residential complex right above Recco in the Liguria region, a few kilometres from the famous resorts of Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo and Portofino.
The three-storey house is surrounded by a cascading garden, partly planted with olive trees and colourful flowers. The area around the house is tiled and organised as a dining area with barbecue and small seating areas to make your stay even more enjoyable.
Cozy living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor
On the ground floor of a villa in Italy, there is a cozy living room, divided into a TV area with soft sofas, TV, desk and dining area with a round table and piano. On the side of the dining table, in the recess of the living room, there is a modern kitchen with the necessary kitchen appliances. Through the windows in the living room you can see the town and the picturesque bay.
Bedroom with bathroom and spa bath on the attic floor
A corridor from the living room leads to the sleeping area, where there is a master bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom, a few steps from which there is a second bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads to the attic floor with a spacious twin room and a bathroom with a spa bathtub.

On one side of the garden, on the upper terrace there is a small swimming pool, tiled with ceramic tiles and surrounded by an area with sun loungers.
