Villa Camilla is an ultra modern four bedroom villa in Italy, one kilometre from the town of Stresa on the hills of Lake Maggiore in the Piedmont region, from where you can enjoy picturesque panoramic views of the bays, Boromeevo Islands and the rolling hills of the shores opposite.
Minimalist design and modern technological solutions
The villa captivates with its minimalist design using high-quality materials and modern technological solutions, such as equipping with LED lighting, security system, heating and cooling systems, as well as humidity controllers and the usual WiFi and satellite TV.
Pool access and views of Lake Maggiore
The villa is located on two floors and consists of three sections with large panoramic windows overlooking the 14-meter infinity pool, trimmed with natural stone, and a platform with sun loungers and a shower. On the upper level in the center is a spacious living room and dining room equipped with the latest technology kitchen. Through panoramic windows you can admire the scenery of Lake Maggiore, having dinner at a snow-white table in the company of ten guests.
Four bedrooms with private bathrooms
Four luxurious bedrooms in trendy beige-gray tones are located on two sides of the living room, where three of them have double beds with a soaring effect, built-in wardrobes and TVs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, a wardrobe and a bathroom. Going down to the second floor, we find ourselves in another living room with a large L-shaped soft sofa, a TV and a conference table. Magnificent lawns and large bushes of lavender are planter around the whole villa and the smell of which further enhances the relaxing effect of water and creates a homely and cozy atmosphere.
