Minggu is a unique ultra-modern villa in Bali with four bedrooms, located very close to a popular Oberoi street in Seminyak. A diversity of cafes and restaurants with gourmet cuisine, fashion boutiques and souvenir shops are concentrated in a walking distance and the road to the nearest beach will take just 15 minutes by car.
Pool with a stone terrace
The villa has a large rectangular pool with multilevel depths and colourful lights, a stone terrace and a sauna with glass walls. Little islands of greenery with tropical plants are refreshing the strict geometry of the landscape.
Gazebo inside the living room
The first floor has a living room with a snow-white futuristic gazebo, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A large master bedroom with the pool access and a guest bedroom are also located on the first floor.
Spacious gym
Another master bedroom with a round bed and a private bathroom located on the second floor. A gym with a variety of simulators and the fourth spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom and all the necessary amenities are the neighbours to the master bedroom upstairs.
