The two-storey villa is located on a small hill with a sweeping view of the emerald rice fields. A large panoramic swimming pool with wooden deck is situated on landscaped grounds surrounded by tropical trees. The wide stairs are leading from the terrace down to a very spacious lawn.

Living room, dining room and equipped kitchen on the ground floor

The first floor has a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a media room and a playroom for children. Black concrete floors, carefully selected decor and a combination of glass, natural stone and golden wood are creating an atmosphere of high style and sophisticated comfort. Four stylish bedrooms are located on the ground floor next to the living room, each with a private bathroom, a king-size bed.

Two master bedrooms on the second floor

Two master bedrooms with a stunning view of the rice fields are on the second floor. There is a media room with an office space on the same level as well. A large wooden terrace with wicker chairs, sofas and pillows is a very relaxing place above the pool and rice fields.
