Kayajiwa is a stunning modern four-bedroom villa in Bali in Canggu. The style of this villa can be described as combination of chic and minimalism, ethnics and modernity, stone and wood, all skilfully mixed and inscribed into natural landscape of the island. The convenient location of the villa allows, both by walking and by transport, to get to the trendy beaches of Batu Bolong and Eco Beach with their variety of boutiques, vegetarian cafes, cocktail bars, restaurants and beach clubs.
Villa Kayajiwa is built in the L shape around stunning 25-meter pool with jacuzzi, large wooden terrace for sun loungers and bale, surrounded by tropical garden.
Design and layout of the villa
There is a pavilion next to the pool with a dining room, equipped with a stunning table from wood bulk for 12 people and a luxurious living room, decorated by natural wood with bright soft furniture and décor elements of Balinese culture, which creates an authentic atmosphere. Movable wall panels in the living room will allow to make it either open or close area, depending on the guest desire to keep it cool or let the sunlight in.
Most of the bedrooms of the villa are located on the ground floor and connected by the footpath. The master bedroom has a four-poster bed, which gives the room a romantic look. There is a separate dressing room and a space that can be used as a small working area. The bathroom has a stone bathtub and a shower.
Guest bedrooms and bathrooms
Mirroring each other, two spacious guest bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with king-size beds and walk-in closets. Wooden furniture and traditional Balinese paintings provide a cozy atmosphere. Each bedroom is appointed with air conditioning, TV and minibar. Both bedrooms also have semi-open bathrooms with shower and bath, overlooking the courtyard.
The fourth, small guest bedroom on the second floor, is equipped with two single beds. Nearby there is a bathroom and massage room.
In addition, the villa has a karaoke room and a snow-white barbecue terrace, which is perfect for sunset cocktails.
