Villa Kaba Kaba Estate in Tabanan

Kaba-Kaba Estate is a unique property in Bali consisting of several pavilions surrounded by a tropical garden in the Tabanan area. The luxurious eight-bedroom villa with numerous leisure and entertainment facilities will comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests who will find something to their liking. The main 25-meter pool and three additional pools, a tennis court and a gym for fitness enthusiasts, a library and a media room for relaxing time, a spa room for pampering. Children will appreciate the children's pool, games room and enthusiastically participate in a table football tournament.

All the buildings of the Bali villa overlook a spacious green area with palm trees, manicured lawns, lotus ponds and sparkling pools.

Shared spaces

The central pavilion includes the main living room area with elegant furnishings and antique décor, overlooking the pool and garden. Sliding glass doors can close the space and let the air conditioner cool it down, or leave it open to let in tropical air while turning on the ceiling fans.

On the upper level above the entrance to the villa is a huge entertainment space with a bar, a fire pit and a rooftop Gazebo from where you can enjoy Bali's colourful sunsets.

In the dining pavilion, generously decorated with antiques, you can arrange a gala dinner for a large company or several families with children, and 18 guests can sit at a six-meter wooden table. Next door is the open guest kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances including a wine cooler.

Bedrooms in the main pavilion

The villa's master bedroom has a luxurious pillared double bed, en suite bathroom adjoining a private garden with rain shower and bathtub. From the bedroom there is access to a private 6-meter pool with a sun deck. On the second floor there are two guest rooms, one of which has two single beds. Each room has its own dressing room and bathroom with shower.

Pavilion in colonial style

The adjacent colonial-style pavilion offers three guest bedrooms, where one of the rooms is equipped for children. On the ground floor there is a small cozy living room and a guest toilet. On the second floor, one of the rooms has a large double bed, and the second is a children's room with bunk beds, which can accommodate 4 children. All bedrooms are equipped with bathrooms with shower or bath, necessary accessories, safety boxes, TVs.

Pool Pavilion

After walking along the terrace by the pool, where an additional outdoor dining group is located, we find ourselves in the third guest pavilion. A small living room in the center with comfortable sofas and ceiling fans, a secret door to the tennis court and a game room with lots of entertainment. The two bedrooms in this pavilion offer one double bed and two single beds, both rooms are with their own bathrooms and wardrobes.
