Hartland is a charming estate with four bedrooms, cozy and nestled on the edge of the river valley with a magnificent view of the rice field paddies and the Ayung river. An only 7-minutes drive will take you to the centre of Ubud. Combination of traditional Indonesian architecture with modern comforts created a work of art surrounded by tropical nature.
Swimming pool and pond on the territory of the villa
The villa in Bali is standing on approximately 6000 square meters of well maintained territory. A beautiful landscape along with a stunning infinity pool and a pond with colourful fishes.
Semi-open lounge pavilion by the pool
A semi-open living pavilion is located near the pool and is overlooking the Ayung river, rice fields and mighty Agung in a clear weather. A fully equipped kitchen is connected to the living room and located at the end of the building. All the furniture is handmade by Javanese crafters from the pressures teakwood and ironwood.
Three guest bedrooms with private bathrooms
Three guest bedrooms are represented in a traditional Indonesian houses built of reconstituted teakwood with high thatched roofs. Each bedroom has a spacious double bed, a luxury bathroom and a large wooden outdoor deck for morning yoga or meditation.
Fourth bedroom with living and dining area on the veranda
The fourth suite is in a colonial style with a large living and dining area on the veranda. The master bedroom has a king size bed. A second small bedroom is located next door. Both rooms have private bathrooms and a small cozy garden.
