Cendrawasih, which means bird of paradise in Indonesian, is a contemporary sophisticated four-bedroom villa located in Petitenget, part of the touristy and trendy Seminyak, known for its world-class beach clubs and restaurants. 

Exclusive design

High-quality and detailed interiors, crisp white walls and smooth cream stone floors, honey-colored finishing materials and modern artwork with richly textured furnishings undoubtedly speak of a luxury villa in Bali.  

Pool and gym

During the stay, lovers of the tropical sun can sunbathe in the luxurious territory or enjoy the 18-meter pool, fans of a healthy lifestyle will appreciate the presence of a gym, and after a workout they will relax by ordering spa treatments or massage to the villa.

Terrace with picturesque view

In the media room, you can spend the evening watching a movie, while the second floor terrace is the best place to admire the stunning views of the rice fields, the sparkling ocean, the island's towering volcanoes and colorful Bali sunsets. If you want to spend time on the beach, then through a special door in the garden you can enter the passage leading directly to the sandy beach and the infrastructure of the area. 

Spacious living and dining room

The layout of the villa includes a two-story main building with a garden and swimming pool, as well as a one-story glazed pavilion with a gym, outdoor living room and massage area. The modern living room and outdoor dining area with a wooden table for 10 occupy a large space overlooking the pool.

Lounge area and kitchen

Behind glass doors, there is a modern kitchen, which, in addition to basic kitchen appliances, includes a wine refrigerator and a minibar. On the other side of the living room is the TV room with a large sofa, TV, stereo system and a collection of films and books. There is also a bathroom with a shower, so the room can be converted into a fifth bedroom.  

Bedroom with direct access to the pool

The side pavilion features one of the guest bedrooms with direct pool access. The room has its own seating area on the terrace, a king-size bed and a sofa. The bathroom has a rain shower and bathtub.

The spacious master bedroom is located on the second floor with direct access to the rooftop terrace and features a double bed, wooden desk and plush sofa. A walk-through walk-in wardrobe with large mirrors leads to a dark gray stone bathroom with wooden fittings, a large rain shower and a free-standing bathtub.

Also on the second floor there are two guest bedrooms. Both rooms are equipped with double beds, which, if necessary, can be separated into single beds. They include wardrobes, desks with pool views and bathrooms with showers.
