Avalon Estate is a magnificent complex of villas on Bali, spread over an area of 2500 square meters, located in Canggu, a few minutes’ walk from a volcanic beach with a lagoon called Kaiyu Putih. The convenient location of the Villa guarantees peace and quiet for its guests and allows them to reach entertainment venues around the area within walking distance and the local shopping centre, water Park and Golf courses are a few minutes’ drive away.
Main building of residence
The entire property consists of three independent plots with villas, separated by a rich garden with tropical plants, manicured lawns and swimming pools in the center. The main building of residence, Avalon I, offers 4 luxurious bedrooms on the first and second floors. Each bedroom has a large double bed, a seating area, TV, an outdoor terrace and a bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. All bedrooms are decorated in an authentic Balinese style with natural materials and works of Asian art. There is a living room with a pool table on the second floor between two bedrooms. On the ground floor of the Villa, there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a dining table for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen in a separate room. A large open space living room smoothly transforms into the terrace with sun loungers and a 15-meter swimming pool.
Two-bedroom villa
Avalon II is a double-bedroom villa that consists of two pavilions in an authentic Balinese style, situated in a cozy garden area. Next to the pool there is an open plan pavilion with a kitchen, a dining table, a living room with a furniture suite made from natural wicker. Behind the glass doors of the second pavilion there are two spacious comfortable bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms.
One-bedroom villa
Avalon III is a one-bedroom Villa with modern decoration in pastel colours and a traditional layout, which consists of an L-shaped building with an open plan living room combined with a kitchen and dining area. A cozy bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom and a beautiful view overlooking the pool and the garden.
