Villa Ku Estate is a modern villa in authentic Balinese style with 8 spacious bedrooms in the heart of stylish Seminyak. The villa is located in the southwestern part of Bali, just a few minutes' drive from Seminyak and Petitenget beaches, where you can enjoy the island's magical sunsets and spend a perfect day by the sea.

Ku Estate is a complex of two villas - Villa Ku Besar and Villa Ku Tama - which are connected by paths, allowing more freedom and opportunities for outdoor recreation. Renting a villa will give you a lot of positive emotions and comfort for relaxing with a large group of friends or family. For guests of the villa there are two swimming pools (25-meter and 11-meter pools), around which there is a comfortable relaxation area with well-kept lush gardens.

2 luxurious, spacious semi-open plan living rooms invite you to relax in cool, stylish interiors in an authentic style with simple natural wood and stone decor. Cozy seating areas overlooking the pool and garden, a bar for evening cocktails, 2 dining areas for communal dining and 2 modern fully equipped kitchens. A separate media room with a wide-screen TV allows you to relax while watching your favorite shows and movies. The gym on site will add comfort for those who want to maintain the rhythm of their usual workouts even during vacation.
