Villa Keila in Seminyak

Villa Keila is an exclusive contemporary five-bedroom villa in Seminyak, embodying all the latest trends in architecture and design, which has been implemented in his work by world-renowned architect Gary Fall. Clean lines, minimalist interiors, avant-garde concrete ceilings and glass walls represent modern trends, while carved wood statues, recessed spaces and an abundance of garden ponds demonstrate his respect for Balinese culture.

Pool area

Upon entering the villa, guests find themselves in a beautiful area with a manicured lawn spreading a soft green carpet, and fragrant tropical flowers. The view is drawn by a 35-meter pool with turquoise water shimmering in the sun, next to which there is an open wooden gazebo equipped with fans, a recessed living room with a plush sofa, a marble table for outdoor dining and a kitchen with a barbecue to prepare light snacks for an afternoon brunch by the pool.

Spacious living area

The villa in Bali has three buildings. The ground floor of the two-story main pavilion is completely occupied by common guest spaces and includes a modern fully equipped kitchen with a bar table, where you can either cook your own favorite dishes, or invite a chef to carefully prepare you breakfast or dinner with European or Asian dishes. The spacious dining room with a wooden table for 10 people and the living room with corner sofas easily flow from one area to another and, thanks to the sliding glass doors, can be opened and filled with warm air or closed and cooled by air conditioning. The entertainment section of the ground floor features an air-conditioned cinema room and an outdoor play area with a pool table and tennis table and bar.

Second floor

A staircase located between the kitchen and the living room leads to the second floor, where an office with desks and soft sofas are equipped under a high roof, where you can retire to read a book or work. And on either side of the study are two family bedrooms, decorated in warm pastel colors with wood paneling and soft flooring. The master bedroom overlooking the entire territory of the villa in Bali is equipped with a comfortable double bed, armchairs and a TV. Behind mirrored doors is a spacious dressing room and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed that can be split into two single beds to accommodate children. The room also has a soft sofa and a bathroom with a shower, bath and necessary accessories.

Separate pavilions

Three guest bedrooms are located in two separate pavilions. Two bedrooms at the back of the garden have mirrored layouts and fittings. There are double beds set against sliding glass doors overlooking the garden and pool, spacious wardrobes, spacious bathrooms with stone bathtubs and walk-in showers, double sinks and bath accessories. The third bedroom is located in the garden closer to the entrance to the villa and is suitable for newlyweds. The room also features a king size bed, double walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom centered on a round marble double bathtub and rain shower.
