Kalyani is a modern, high-tech, five-room villa in the heart of Canggu. The location of this comfortable villa attracts those who are looking for a convenient location to the main attractions of Bali. The spacious and picturesque Berawa Beach is just one kilometer from the villa, and a large selection of restaurants and cafes in the popular area is within walking distance. 

The 22-meter pool with two bars 

The two-storey villa offers guests a magnificent and spacious tropical garden with a green lawn, in the center of which there is a 22-meter pool. The recreation area by the pool is equipped with sun loungers with bright umbrellas, a cozy gazebo, two bars, as well as a projector for watching your favorite movies. In addition to a leisurely and luxurious holiday with family or friends, renting a villa is ideal for organizing parties and special events that can accommodate up to 80 people. 

Elegant and sophisticated living room interior 

The spacious living and dining areas are located on the ground floor of the villa and, thanks to the open plan, have a charming view of the tropical garden and pool. The elegant style and exquisite decor of the common areas invite you to enjoy and relax in a comfortable and thoughtful interior. For the convenience of guests, there are additional recreation areas including a spa room with massage tables, a separate media room with a wide-screen projector and a dance floor, as well as a spacious terrace on the roof of the villa, which offers panoramic views of the picturesque surroundings of the area.
 

Cozy and comfortable bedrooms 

The five bedrooms of the villa offer a comfortable rest in a cozy interior with panoramic windows and natural wood floors. Each room is equipped with a double bed, spacious wardrobes, audio and video equipment and their own bathrooms. Two of the five rooms are the main master rooms with an inspiring view of the well-kept garden and pool, located on the first and second floors. The remaining three guest rooms, two of which are in a separate pavilion and have a private 7-meter pool. 
The villa is fully staffed by a professional team of staff, including a butler and a chef, who will take care of your comfortable and carefree holiday throughout your stay.
